if ur computer using deepfreeze, it will show a bear icon in ur taskbar. but ... if not, then the only possibillity is ur AV (AVG) whether it delete it or block it everytime u restart ur computer. i suggest u to put luna patch to ur AVG. manage it to ignore a false alarm about luna patcher. every AV have a differnt way to manage ignore file's false alarm. u should read from this link carefully > http://forum.celestialuna.com/index.php?/topic/12446-read-firstcommon-technical-difficulties/

if u wanna down level ur char, just simply go to a crowded monster then get kill by them. yes it takes time , but, .. its not against the rule. What were you doing at that time, could be categorized as PK leveling, even if u didnt mean to. PK leveling is illegal, and if u dont know about it, its ur own fault, why not read the rule at 1st place, and always look if the rule been change

i guess Permanent Ban is Forever, u dont have to wait for it to be unbanned, that will never happen. sad but true.
