im from philippines and tried zong if its working but i cant see my 24 points for several hours already in my account (marcmari1) yet zong took 50 from my phone (globe)....please help, by the way this happened before the maintenace...still nothing, why? *by the way i forgot, the program had an error when i was supposed to give my e-mail after entering the pin code from zong....i failed to put my email and no premium points til now......

I need help. I entered the Harbor then it lags.. I closed the window and restart it. Whenever i try to log in my account It can enter up to the "character selection" window. when i click it to enter the game IT DOESNT ENTER anymore. i tried to make another account and new character and entered the harbor and it happens again. Please help!
