I'm gonna assume you mean do your stats decrease due to deleveling? If so, yes, your stats decrease the lower your level. To regain your original stats, get back to your original level. You do not regain stat points or have stat points removed by leveling up after deleveling.

We're just spamming the off-topic section. x.x OT: Lego games were the BOMB when I was younger. I loved them so much, all the humor that was put in and the muted characters. I literally made up the most insane dialog to accompany the characters and it was almost as if the story was my own. They really went out of their way with the whole imagination thing.
