If you have the patience, no. It's actually quite easy. Just repetitive and boring. With1 or 2 30%'s and lots of 100%'s and saving the duration as best as possible, you can get from 130-135 in about a week or more. why not create another map for lv 140++? It's called the PvP arena. Seriously though it's being worked on. :)

From other players you can get PD items, but only the weapons and costumes as far as I know. If you want the other stuff you'll have to PD yourself.

It is. Dex adds evasion, strike, critical rate, and critical damage. I always use pure dex for rogues.

We use the same skill set up from that calculstor.

This may help you. Both skills increase your magical critical chance by about 20% each. Twinkle magic is a self-buff, fortunate magic is a targeted buff. Hope this helps.

From memory (correct me if I'm wrong) they're both for magical critical rate, not for physical/magical attack power. One is a self-buff (I think it's fortunate magic) and one is a targeted buff (twinkle magic?).

Yeah, it doesn't work 100% of the time for me either. It works occasionally, but not always. Not sure why, though.

From experience, I'd take it only if I were 145+, since destroyers have insane damage already, the extra SP is not worth it at lower levels. You could take it, but what would you use it for? The difference is negligible.
