Pro's and con's
Pros:
-Cardinals are really powerful.(some may even consider them OP [over powered]) (I may even say it's the strongest character in the game :P)
-Cardinals can tank AND hit like a pro
Cons:
-Cardinals are VERY expensive(mostly mages in general).
{ ;) With proper leveling and equips, you can be framed king of war ;) }

Questions:
Q: Light armour or robe?
A: Really doesn't matter, but I prefer light armour for the VIT.
Q: Why not pure VIT from level 1?
A: It really doesn't matter, as long as you have your armour with VIT/INT. (Whatever you put your stats on philo your armour with the opposite) But I suggest pure INT from levels 1-105 so you can hit really easily, then restat to VIT at 115.
Q: 2H staff or 1H?
A: 1H. Why? Because you can use a shield which would add on a ton of defense,-- and you need defense.
Q: Why can't I use the skill "Turn Undead"?
A: You need Purified Aquamarine.
Q: How can I make Purified Aqua?
A: 1. Destruct aquamarine
2. Use the aquamarine pieces to construct Purified Aquamarine using Purified Water.
Q: Why any back piece? (Stated later that for equipment > costume wise you can use any back piece).
A: Because of the new (and awesome) update, a TON of back pieces were added. It depends what you want, for example:
If you are pure intelligence in stat and full vitality in items and philo, you might be interested in a back piece that adds vitality, such as Earthen Wings* or Legend Cape**.
Or, you might be pure vitality in stats and full intelligence in philo, you might want a back piece that adds intelligence, such as Aqua Wings, Blue Butterfly Wings or Hellenpolis Cape.
Or maybe you don't, maybe you're full vitality in stats but intelligence in philo and want a back piece that adds vitality, Stompy might interest you.
Turning the tables, you might be full intelligence in stats and vitality in philo and want something that will boost your intelligence. Try Cloud.
You get the point?
All back pieces are helpful, and they all boost a specific thing. You pick the one that either matches your stats, matches your equipment (armour, philos, accessories, reins etc), matches your price range (We get it, inflation is a jerk. Sometimes you just gotta go for the one you can afford), or simply matches your taste. (Fashion is a thing! :p)
*All the items listed are items exclusively through item mall. There are more back pieces you can obtain that not only look great but give great affects aswell. So what are you waiting for? Go explore! <3
**Potentially, if you are unsure what back piece to purchase, I would go for Legend Cape. For one, that look is a classic. For two, it gives off Pdef and Mdef, both of which will give you more HP and more MP. Not only that but you can philo it and add up to 4% matk. You get vitality, intelligence and wisdom all in one. It's a win-win situation. Lucky you.
Or, for people who can't afford L.cape, purchase a lovely Hellenpolis cape. Those naturally give off 1% matk, and you can add up to 4% matk in philo, giving you a total of 5% magical attacking power. And clean Hellen's are really cheap.

- Wizard robe (ma) ~ 15b
- Bachelor Hat of Glory (ma) ~ 9b probably
- Panda boots (ms) ~ 450m-550m
- Shinigami gloves (hp) ~ 350m-550m
- Gemini x2 (int) ~ depends on the philo but average is 15b
-HaThor or Legend: Heart Stone of Evil (LHSOE) vitality/intelligence philoed ~ HaThor = 100m-250m clean
- Any back piece that gives matk, wisdom or pdef ~ depends the item
-Dragon slayer - Spell master (belt - ma) OR Nawskin belt for movement speed
-INT permanent glasses (or any glasses that give matk, wis or pdef such as heart/star glasses or bindings)
-Worm (vit / int / wis) ~ 12.5b
-Kynee (vit / int ) ~ 250m clean
-Tarintus necklace / Legend: Farouk's Crystal Ball ~ Farouk = 10b-17b
-Aias's Shield ~ 50m-100m clean
-Gardeners set w/ VIT or INT
