I need a reply please leave the moon 5 years ago and today I want to return but I find that I do not remember my pw but if I have my id and my email when trying to recover pw I do not get the pw to my mail what should I do?

I've been waiting for more than 6 days for the response of an admin and they do not give any signs of life I think they do not care about their users.

Buenas gente quiero saber por que cuando alguien esta jugando el cliente se ''traba'' y se cierra sin tirar ningún error por favor no me digan que el luna no me corre por mi pc .( dejo foto de mi pc ) para que no hablen. no soy el único al que le pasa juego con unos amigo mas y también tienen el mismo problema desde ya gracias
