Hi, I'm a new player and I'm trying to log in to the server, but when i write my ID and my PW in the login page, the game crashes and stop to work. I tried instal VC Redist x64 because my OS is Windows 10, 64 bits. restarted my PC but nothing happens. It still the same. So can anyone help me please?

Misi saya udah maen celestialuna 3 tahun lalu tapi lupa ID password sama email nya dan kayanya inget Nickname (character) job dll nya kira kira bisa di recovery ga ya dengan cara apapun ? kalo pake Hexchat bisa ga ya ? terimakasih

Windows 10 Antivirus off Full Client Instalation Run Luna Select Server Login page - Click Connect - Client Crash Client Stopped Working

I just downloaded this game, and it seems to run. At the login screen, it says ID, Password, and the little key symbol for the "security Number". How do I set my security number? I can't log in because of it.

patulong naman po.. newbie po ako.. gusto ko sana maglog-in sa main site na celestialuna.com.. pero sa tuwing ilalagay ko ung username at password ko.. parang walang nangyayari.. ung background picture sa taas nagbabago lang na green tpos babalik na ulit sa dating kulay na blue. sa google chrome at sa firefox ko tinry.. pero pareho lang.. hindi ako makalog-in.. paano po ba maayos ito? salamat po sa sasagot----- problem solved na po.

Ive downloaded the new version and its up to date but i dont get to the login screen for the game. it just sits there. I can select a server but then it doesnt do anything after that. Does any one else have this issue? what did you do to fix it? this is one of my fave games to play so i would really like to get it back :D thanks

So, this are my suggestions :P : Suggestion 1: Remember Account Something like this: For a faster log in, so we don't have to type your account name every time. * If is not possible to modify the Luna Client, maybe this option could be placed in the Patcher. Suggestion 2: Password Reset Since it's a very common problem among users to lose their password, maybe a "password reset system" could be implemented. Anytime that an user request a password reset, an e-mail will be sent with a new random password. Certainly, it'll be better for the user to change it immediately for another more suitable.
