    I wanna ask. my Meteor skill : I have used warlock long time ago, n i think the cast time is, the char just jump and BOOM. meteor. Then i played necromancer. Grow the lvl meteor to lvl 17 and it take casting time , then jump. BOOM. I check my skill calculator. Its said every 2lvl, the cast time increased. But i just see on the tooltip that the damage change, but the cast time still 2.4 seconds. Help ?
