I've used PayPal before and works fine. When I insert all my debit card information, everything seems to go smoothly until I press "Pay Now" and then I am directed to a page that says, "Sorry--your last action could not be completed". This has occurred over and over again for the past week. I've tried more times than I can count and I have waited hours upon hours and nothing. I'm not sure what's going on? Also, when Luna redirects me to the PayPal page, there are always these warnings that say, "The merchant requires you to provide a confirmed address for delivery. To confirm your address, please link a card associated with that address." and "The seller will only ship to confirmed addresses. To complete this transaction, you will need to enter your information again." I checked my PayPal account and the card which I have entered does in fact have a confirmed address. So that has nothing to do with it, yet I still get the warning? Not sure if the warnings shows up regardless of a confirmed address or not, but I just wanted to put that out there. Uhm, okay, all i want to do here is just asking tho :D I got 20$ as a reward form a contest, and I wanna spent it to donate in this site (heard so wise eh?) and their server are located at New York, America. All made me so worried is : He's using PayPal for transactions, I thought payPal is always 'anywhere you have it, anywhere you can spent it' before but when i see this topic : http://forum.celesti...__fromsearch__1 I've changed my mind. fastly, if you wanna ask it. It said that there's no PayPal options for America donations. If someone here was americans please let me know, is there's a paypal option in donation options?
