just as my title stated, are there any ways to do it? because as far as i know, highly concentrated items from the item mall could only be used on necklace, ring, and earring, right? and amulets are for wing items only... am i wrong? some times i see belt with blue stats... how? thanks~

hi guys. i'm new at this game and i was wondering if how to get a philo of 12+ evasion because i searched and saw other guides requiring a philo of [p]12+eva on many equips and i tried to do it on my own and i already wasted alot of money buying stones and i still couldn't get it. Thanks

I've seen people vending Dragon Slayer with blue option with + physical attack. When I try to use Philo on it, it say's its not compatible. How to make a Dragon Slayer bought in Item Mall to have that Blue Option just like Phillo items??
