It seems one of our servers primary network cards has failed. I've moved things over to the secondary network card, but we will have to replace the hardware soon. Founder Brandon Posted March 28, 2013 Founder Share Posted March 28, 2013 I just wanted to let everyone know we will be switching providers as our current one proves again to be incompetent. They are the main cause of all our downtime, they have been good over the years but these issues have become unacceptable. The server is back online for now, but we will be moving to a new provider. The good news is the new provider will provide a much better connection to Asia, all players connection from Asia should notice a big difference once we've moved. When we do move, it will be all in my hands and I can promise it wont take more than 15-30 minutes to complete the move. The last "datacenter move" was delayed due to our current hosts incompetence.
