"meteor" Skill - Necromancer / Grandmaster

I wanna ask. my Meteor skill :

I have used warlock long time ago, n i think the cast time is, the char just jump and BOOM. meteor.

Then i played necromancer. Grow the lvl meteor to lvl 17 and it take casting time , then jump. BOOM.

I check my skill calculator. Its said every 2lvl, the cast time increased.

But i just see on the tooltip that the damage change, but the cast time still 2.4 seconds.

Help ?

i keep telling people but they wont listen do not trust skill caulc, it is massively inaccurate and should be used as a reference guide only

So bio? If i increase the lvl meteor to 18 or 20, the cast time will still the same with lvl17 ?

the skill calc tells the truth...

its tooltip bug,

and yeah meteor cast time increases every 2 level.

it will take 7,9 sec to cast at level 25 if I remembered it right
