You can't get prepaid cards here, but you can donate with a credit card/PayPal and you'll get points to spend in the Item Mall in return. Just make sure you don't try to sell or buy anything in game with actual money, it has to be through donation, otherwise it is against the rules and will result in the banning of your account.
