No Fix to having no log in prompt is usually going to your CL folder and deleting the file "celestiapatch" then reopening the launcher and let it manually patch. But the fix for not having a login prompt honestly is deleting the file "celestiapatch," only reason I can't see it working is if she maybe has an antivirus blocking what the launcher is trying to patch.
