How to get like Physical / Magical Attacking Power +19.7 philo ( Only 1 philo )?

Someone show me his equip, his HSOE 2pcs both MaTK +19.7 philo, his Farouk also Matk +19.7.

I tried more than 500, and never receive Matk above 10 with one philo. I got like matk +4, matk+3, matk +4 something like that. Never receive one philo with HIGH matk. Is there any tips for philo?

using that HIGHLY CONCENTRATED orichalcum/moonstone.

You get those types of philos from Highly Concentrated Moonstone and Highly Concentrated Orichalcum. You can buy those from the website's item shop for 35PP.

 

If you can't get them from the item shop, they go for 1 - 1.5 bil in game or somewhere around there
