What Is The Server Time Zone? Gmt+8 Or What ?

hello there..
first, why I asked such question?

because I'm really confused here, actually i've tried to google it, and somehow I stranded on celestialuna facebook page
and i saw this

then if I ain't got it wrong, GMT+8 should be 1 hour earlier than my area time zone, which is GMT+7 (jakarta, indonesia), thus make the current server time is 2.4x AM (at the time when my current time is 1.4x AM)
but wait, why is the current server time showed on the celestialuna official site is 2.4x PM ????

 

now this has made me really confuuused...  :wacko: 

if someone could just give me an exact answer about the server area where about, please, tell me... my brain is itching to know bout this  :wacko:
