Jonah
Now for the swift side of things, a guide for those who want to be slippery and use the element of surprise,RoguesSort of like the Khajiit of the Elder Scrolls series, Rogues are meant to use means of stealth, daggers and bows to take care of their enemies. The more skimpy section of classes belongs to the rogues. Rogues are the easiest, and still the deadliest, class to make. Advantages of the Human race in general: Burning Rage. Arch Ranger - The Wonderer Arch Rangers, having the highest range of any class in Luna, are the most deadly class to use in war when it comes to rogues. Their critical damage and range make them a nerve wrecking force. Pros: ElvesHigh critical damage, rate, and evasion when buffed. High movement speed when buffed.HumansHigh critical rate, damage and evasion. High movement speed from passives, High attack speed from passives. Knock back skill (Rapid Arrow) Stun skill (Pounding Shot) Cons: Slow attack speed once killed, requires strike (like most rogues) and takes away from its evasion, Fire Arrow misses when the target is moving.Blade Taker - The Tenacious A dual wielder, the Blade Taker is one of the most powerful classes in Luna, if used correctly they can do some serious damage. A Blade Taker can also use 1h + Shield and be just as effective, performing without the dual wield penalty. Pros: High critical damage, rate and evasion. Great move speed, can dual wield, good attack speed. Cons: Easily killed, Once downed they are easy to kill, requires strike to deal with other rogues, which can take away from its own evasion. Bad in 1v1 PvP situations due to fighters and mages simply being faster in casting. Temper Master - The Ecologist Another dual wielder, the Temper Master is similar to the Magnus due to its arsenal of party buffs and ability to switch between dual wield, bow and dagger type. Pros: High critical damage, buffs to make up for dual wield penalty at lower levels, large arsenal of weapon choices. Also has Casting Foil *a skill that stalls the target for a slight moment, allowing for the TM to make its move. Has more evasion that a Blade Taker when using 1 dagger + shield (Side Step)Cons: Easily done away with, Low evasion due to low dual wield expertise, similar to a nerfed Blade Taker, Restricted to Elves. Entrapper - The Pirate The next level up from Treasure Hunter, the Entrapper makes use of you guessed it – traps. It is often times used as a farmer for getting easy gold due to its Extortion buff. Pros: Extortion buff, Max Hunters Blast (aoe skill), Max Hunters Smoke, Trap skills, can use bows and daggersCons: Not much, this class is mainly used for farming so no cons are truly visible. Sniper - The Focused Pros: Range, high damage output, high evasion/strike capability Cons: Relatively squishy, slow skill casting, can be confusing for some players to build
Laurenz
Nice nice nice. But both Blade takers and Temper Masters can just use 1h + shield and would still be effective, if that's the case, then temper masters would have more evasion due to the party buffs + sidestep, don't forget about foil.
