Dirty means, it has bad philo, bad rein, and bad enchant level.

You can't remove the philo and rein, but you can remove the enchant level, by upgrading the certain item with Forbidden something scroll, if it "fails" then the item is back to +0..

Not quite, The actual meaning of "Dirty" means it has someones name on it either reininforce or enchant.

Clean doesn't have these

Okay, thanks for giving me your thoughts about an item being "Dirty". But that's just like what I said, just described the item with bad philo/rein, thus being "Dirty"

fix the price = offer your price for that item

Dirty items means, is not Clean anymore... it's already Enhanced, Reinforced, Philloed...

Clean items means is not Enhanced yet, Reinforced, nor even Philloed yet

still people too lazy to write on their Megaphone Shout, so instead of saying their Items Effects, they say it as Dirty :3

(this is all just my opinion) XD
