[New To Game] Picking Up A Character/race? :)

Hello everyone ~!
 

I recently joined the community of Celestia Luna (10min ago..) and I'd like to ask you all some noob-based questions.
Some of the questions might have been already answered before, but I failed to encounter them through the magical journey of Seach!

 

I would like to know what a great PvE class to choose?
Note: I like high dmg (obviously) and decent survivability (According to Record Book, GM[?] is the most powerful).

Sources of income that one can rely on?
Note: Merchanting isn't one of them. Do monster's gold/drops worth the time?

Does Luna have dungeons/raids we can group up and participate?

The drop table available on forums, is it up-to-date?
Note: Some ''good'' equips come from monsters at a low %, but farmable.

A great starter class would actually be Magnus, which is elf. It has damage that is decent enough and it can also have great survivability. It's the most balanced of all the classes. GM is not a good starter because it has the lowest base HP, cast speed and physical defense. It's all attack and usually dies before it can cast a skill. I would only recommend GM if you have the equips and gold to spend pampering it.

A great stream of income would be from crafting HQ's or of course, farming. Once you get strong enough you can farm in Nera Harbor for weapon drops, that sell for 1.9-3.5m a pop, sell an inventory full and you'll be rolling.

This version of Luna only has date dungeons that are 2 player mini-raids where you and a partner may earn exp. Fortunately, you can solo by using another character that you have on a second account and having him die in the dungeon.

Yes the drop table is up to date, just a few mobs there don't currently exist. There are few good equips at lower levels but some to look out for are

Tiny Crystal Stone, Ring - Dropped from Evil Golem [800m-5b depending on the extra stats.]

Flicking Magic Earring - Dropped From Makas

[Clean: 100-200m Good Stats: 600m-7b, again depending on the extra stats.]

As for your stats, I prefer vit, but some people mix str/vit or dex/vit

The best type of Magnus is two handed, dual isn't good on a Magnus due to only having level 5 dual wield. You're using vit to sort of balance out your Magnus so you won't just be some sort of glass cannon.
