What are they? I've been seeing a lot of them on shouts. Please enlighten me what they are, what stats/effects they give and how much they are.

Hurricane Eye
Ax/One Hand

Strength +40

Blade of the Sun
Level Limit 100
Sword/Two Hands
Physical attacking power 228
Magical attacking power 92
Strength +30
Dexterity +30
Vitality +10

As for prices, last time I knew, a clean weapon ranged around 80b while a good weapon could range around 100b.
