davefat
Hi, as of title. Before i changed my job to magnus, my class information shows i'm a knight which means i did the correct job. I change my class upon 75 at rec orc outpost with Heromech. My main concern is that, will i be able to obtain the skill that's missing from my skill list? Because when i was 75 i tried finding solid weapon but it don't seem to be appearing on my list. So i approached someone who's using solid weapon, and he/she told me 'Oh only human jobs get em', and i went like oh.. maybe i will have them in magnus. Please help, it's very tiring to re-level another char to 105.
babynyan
Uh, what do you mean that you will have them in magnus?... Doesn't being magnus requires you to be an elf?
Administrator Orange Posted November 6, 2015 Administrator Share Posted November 6, 2015 Your character already has level 2 solid weapon, you're not gonna get anymore, that's the maximum a knight gets. Higher level can only be obtained as Panzer or Crusader.
davefat
No. The thing is when i was 'Knight' i didn't have the skill called solid weapon. Hence, i didn't learn. And I thought Magnus might have that skill, but it appears not.
Administrator Orange Posted November 6, 2015 Administrator Share Posted November 6, 2015 I looked at your character and you already learned the skill to level 2. Here's part of your skill list: ... Magic Barrier Lv10 Enhanced HP Lv15 Solid Weapon Lv2 Armor Synchro Lv1 Weapon Synchro Lv1 ... Once you learned the highest level of a skill you can learn for that job it no longer appears in the learning list.
davefat
Yea, i just checked, and i found that skill is already there. But it wasn't there since i was knight till i changed to magnus. Still thanks. Since it's been resolved.
Administrator Orange Posted November 6, 2015 Administrator Share Posted November 6, 2015 It was, I think you just didn't see it because Magnus does not obtain any level of that skill.
