What is better 3% Physical attack or 30 Strength .

for me hmm both are better because if you got high PA 3%pa is better but if you got low PA like 5k below i better go for 30str

30 Str happens to be more effective in the long run because 3% p.a's value doesn't change because of how much p.a you get from other items you have equipped. it goes off of the base p.a.

30 strength of course. the 3% physical attack is only added from the base attack of your character if I'm correct anyways.

I would definitely recommend 30 STR as well, it would be more beneficial in just about every scenario. Also, as Jonah stated, it doesn't go off of your overall physical attack, so the percentage statistics generally don't amount to much.
