Hey how to report KS or spot claiming?

hi i wanna asking something about how to reporting character?because this person is really annoying me,i already check forum but when i was click assasistance-report nothing show up 

 

nickname spot claiming:DeadMemoriess (i had enough proof to make him get banned)

Reports are private and only the author and staff members can see them. On the top of the forum there's a blue box with the format you should follow.
