Follow the link for more information on how to do so. http://forum.celestialuna.com/index.php?/topic/29346-account-recovery/ As of right now, account recovery has an increased waiting time due to a heavy workload for our next update. My suggestion would be to start a new account and rack up some gold, hunt for items you can sell, try some new classes, etc. while you are waiting for your main account to be returned to you.
