Kamu bisa klik tombol "HELP" di laman purchase gemsnya, lalu pilih "Did not receive your good or service?" (Tidak menerima barang atau jasa anda?). Cari order yang bermasalah dan sertakan alamat email, isi kotak pertanyaan (Question box) yang ada dan klik submit. Perusahaan tersebut akan memberikan balasan melalui email. Jika detil percobaan pembayaran anda tidak muncul, klik "Can't find my payment" ("Tidak menemukan pembayaran saya") di bawah daftar order bermasalah.
