The quest(s) that are just rewarding is the quest that gives you wings. (Lvl 25 and Lvl 50 wings). So far you can just grind and kill monsters and by that you will gain much more speed on leveling than doing quest. Have fun playing celestia! :28:

As far as what I've experience. Currently, it depends on your INT/Magic ATK (Yes Magic ATK) BUT... it is just slight heal like let's say for about 60 INT you'll get around +100HP Heal (This is just approximation idk about what is the exact computation with this). You can test it using no weapon and using a weapon (with or without INT stat gain) then go heal someone or your other character.
