shield of justice skill requirement lvl is 106 that's why u wont get it until 106 :rolleyes: i recently made a cardinal and change job @ lvl 105 and got the shield of justice @ lvl 106,,, hmm that's why sometimes u cannot just read/ listened to others build and try it by urself before asking ^_^ u cud check it on some skill calculator/simulator made by ppl, they're pretty accurate too for building ur character :wub: or,, if u found that u still cannot use shield of justice @ lvl 106 that's a different case then.. if it's really the problem, u sud report it,,,well with screenshot evidence tough, and the staff/admin will absolutly help to fix ur cardinal...

it doesnt wear any edit eQ :P its mine with int status, vit philo on eQ and ma HQ (actually just earings, belt and neakclace, didnt hq the rings yet) on acc :rolleyes:

if u really wanted to play CL, so be patient and play good,,, it's staff member who can organized and all the game,,,so,,, it's staff willing too who can cnge the game,,, u cannt push the staff to cange or organized more :rolleyes: with ur will , cuz its staff who working on it and staff too who felt on while working on it. if they said "be patient, we working on it", so be patient cuz we're not their bos ^_^
