Have some perspective, gm's are supposed to be unbiased, if they suddenly treat "friends" better than those who are regular players then the character of the gm can always be called into question. Don't take it so personally, an act against the rules is just that, friend or not.

I'm sorry but gm's do not "return stuff" that was lost due to your own actions, be it loaning an item out or giving someone your acc info. This includes being "hacked" account related problems are only treated when it is directly a Celestia Luna fault. Example : Data base breach

Example : Giving someone your account ID, even if it is Just the ID is giving a "hacker" one half the solution to get into your account and take what they will. Further solution is having a "friend" use your account and take something, it is then out of their hands and are not responsible. Your P.attack would then be boosted to 6930 and Defense, assuming its P.Defense you've given the value to, would be 3255. Again assuming that the only Equation is the 5% increase from the HB set to your P.attack and P.Defense.
