Last night (EST time), it had been clarified by a staff member in game that these are NOT bugs; the skills on items have been disabled due to skill hacking, something along those lines. Until it gets fixed, then they will be enabled again.
what kind of skill hack o-o ?

its same like if u learning "heavy weapon accuraty" in dual mode , its work at first , and then if u dead or relog ur strike will return to normal

and whoops, my p.def increased about 10
yeah i know it's a cute additional deff, but it's work!
will that skill works with any weapons ?
