If it doesnt work in windows mode the problem most likely lies in your video card. i have the same problem sometimes its because your video card cant properly handle directx11 and cant handle the stress from luna . my laptop is the baseline for luna we dont expect it to run on anything worse then a Dell latittude c610 2002 with an Ati Radeon 7500

nothing we can do if you did it to yourself there is many many many topics posted about those scams.

I advise you all to switch to avast avg used to be my favourite up until 2 weeks ago uninstall avg and redownload and install luna it shoudl all work fine ive already helped a few people fix this

Its probably because your computer cannot handle full screen happens to me i cannot play full screen i can only play windowed mode.

If using AVG, disable resident shield and reinstall luna make sure you click Add exception if anything pops up while installing
