i Just Change job to SM but when i learn the Dual wield mastery my crit rate got bug.. it became 423m .. anyone know how to fix this.. !!

Tanong lng po.. itong mga Physical Attack speed skills po ba ay equivalent rin po ba sa Casting speed ng mga skills ng mga fighters? like sonic boom, will the sonic boom cast fast when you learn sword rapidity..?
