Hi, Great Garden is still missing a few monsters at this time, the bosses in the hedge maze, however; Richard, George, Paul and John are considered Elite monsters, and giant maggots, the regular monsters, were missing, just like Treants in Fairy Valley have regular monsters around them, they are the leaders of their spawn group.
 
There are ~12 spawn groups with 4-6 maggots and 1-2 leaders, the best way to level at the temple would be starting from left (with the vines) then going right, then top, then left again, maybe we will unblock the lower 2nd level stairwell at the temple (there seems to be nothing in the way anyway) so that you can do this in 1 perfect circle motion.
 
We are open to suggestions, always, so if there's a popular demand, we will increase the number of elite maggots per group.

There always were level 120 weapons, but no, you can't craft them yet, there were no higher level monsters or maps added.

I am sorry but there has been too much work and the holidays to answer all tickets. We will begin answering tickets this next week.

those AoEs are on the spot the monsters are on when it was cast, if the monster or player is moving it might not hit them.

Drops are locked by level in Luna Online, if you are 10 levels higher than the monster (when the name of the monster is gray color) you will not get anything.
However since these wings are fairly easy to make and hunt I suggest you shout with your megaphone that you are looking for some, they will be really cheap and you might even get ones for free.

Inquirer has HP, Defense, magical crit and magical attack buffs and passives.
While Bishop has beholder, turn undead, shrewd spell, and the other support buffs.
