Are attack speed give more faster cast skill for AR ?? Like when we use Dark Night Trail neck and Dark Night markers gloves (gives 10% attack speed) or panda gloves. Sorry for my bad english

if i choose Ruffian>Archer>Assassin>AR path, what belt good for that path ?? DS Log or Ds Wep ?? Is that good if use eva mix str philo for that path ??
