Well now it just keeps saying my ID/Password is incorrect, when I know for sure I entered everything correctly

Thanks :) Also, is it normal for the "logging on. please wait" thing to take forever to load? What if it doesn't load at all?

I just downloaded this game, and it seems to run. At the login screen, it says ID, Password, and the little key symbol for the "security Number". How do I set my security number? I can't log in because of it.
