    Those skills now require a sword to be equipped, I assume you use a 2H axe just like many 2H Magnuses in the past. Back then, those skills were bugged as they were usable with any weapon. This bug was fixed with the Nov. 24th 2016 Patch.

    Black Lion King passive gives 35% movement speed, so that means it adds 157,5 movement speed. Slightly higher than Phixus.

    The main material, which is the Winning Powder ... well you can get it by killing the Fairy Queen at Valley of Fairy. Though, I don't know the other required materials since I haven't tried to craft this ring myself.

    You can increase the skill level by putting the same skill on your pet's skill slot (it has to be more than 1). Like this:  By doing that, the power of the skill will be increased.

    Yes, the drop list is still the same. The name of some items are changed though.

    Nope, as of patch Feb. 2nd 2016 equipments no longer give job specific skills.

    There is currently one skill calculator that is still working. You can search "Luna Online Skill Calculator" on the internet, and the one I'm referring to will show up.
