I got 3 reskills but it says usable till lvl 100 but on the jobs guides it tells me for blade taker to reskill at 105 but how the reskills are usable till 100 or is that a bug?

my internet went out when i was in a date dungeon now i cant play on the character because its on date dungeon 3 and wont go to alker harbor so its stuck there pls tell me what to do and deleting im not gona do that
