I did'nt idle bro.... just.. log-in, create character tab, click cursor on name field... then Disconnect... I would love to choose from variety of hair color and eye styles... But I can't....

Hi and Hello.... My problem with creating a new character. Is it NORMAL that I would have only 5 seconds to create a new one? Then after that it disconnects on the server. Geezz!!! I did'nt even finished to type the name and it disconnects.... I hope someone help me with this... Thanx
