Yes, it's in the game. You can get it through Private donation or by buying it for gold (from another player)

    Check private donation info: https://celestialuna.com/pd-info/

Those are old like time itself!  My opinion about them:

Deadly Strike: has good damage, I think it's useful.

Deadly Soul: doesn't have good damage and its effect doesn't work correctly, currently it's not worth learning.

Wind Barrier: This is my favorite TM skill.  It works like silence rune but this disables physical attacks instead of magical. Its main disadvantage is that its casting time is slow and you need magical cast speed to improve this.

Nowadays choosing Scout is better than choosing Archer for the amount of evasion you get from job passives, you even get Side Step and Whispering Wind. Being an archer only gives you a few more critical damage points, not really a big loss.
  6. SilverDeer's post in 3 Combo of Monk skill in Soul Arbiter Class was marked as the answer
If you mean the first 3 skills you receive as Monk... They're not bad, just that you spend a lot of SP.

As Soul Arbitrer you receive new skills such as Holy Earthquake, Mana Burn, Soul Spear, which are very powerful and you only have to learn a few levels. You also receive Holy Justice (you get it as an Inquirer actually) which has considerable damage too.

On the other hand, if you want to achieve similar results with the Monk's skills, you need to learn about 20 levels for each one and even so the skills mentioned above deals more damage. I only highlight Holy Spike for its high debuff of atk speed.
  7. SilverDeer's post in need how many cri = 100% was marked as the answer
I was doing some tests. The calculation is somewhat strange, between every 5-10 points you get 1% or 2% crit rate. You'll probably need about 500-600 to get 100%

The description is bad. It should increase bow range, not musket. Anyway, I think the effect is not working.
  9. SilverDeer's post in Pet's Bug was marked as the answer
This pet is the one you buy at Alker Harbor?

I suspect it's the pet of Farouk's quest. When you receive it, it gives you a random amount between 1 and 3 slots. The pet you buy will always get 4 slots and +2 for its evolutions (6 total)
  10. SilverDeer's post in Situation at nera harbor was marked as the answer
If my memory doesn't fail, I remember that in the past it used to be illegal for someone to appear and claim the spot.

You're not wrong, you don't have to leave or agree with them. If they do KS then you must report they. The spots don't have owner, this is a free server and it's wrong to take over a piece of the map and say it's yours. Many people are just selfish.
  11. SilverDeer's post in Can't Wear Gear Now? was marked as the answer
If I'm not wrong, the skills were reseted like 5-6 years ago and there's not a change in the skill tree. I think the reset was just to fix the possibility of hacking the skills of the game, but I'm not sure about this.

That message appears when you equip an armor that isn't for your class. I mean:

    Mage can equip: Robe
Rogue can equip: Light armor, Robe
    Fighter can equip: All armors
Mage can equip: Light armor (only if you have the passive light armor expertise learned and you have equipped 3 light armor parts)

If you don't follow that scheme then you will have that message in your items. Here an example:

    (Rogue using heavy armor)

Maybe you're mage and you lost the light armor passive with the reset and then you have that problem. You only can't equip items with level limit higher than your current level,
