but i try open file location then opening patcher.exe so decided to open with run as administrator still pop up that error can you check my picture about my folder CL complete or not?

why my pc can't run celestia luna Im already try solution 1. installing as usual then open the folder after that opening Patcher.exe 2. exclusion folder celestia luna then reinstall, after that exclusion file lunaclient.exe 3. copying from my notebook(can running normally) to my pc but still pop up that error so if you guys have any solution for my problem please tell me how to, thanks before
