  1. Hi Orange, just wondering if golem pet egg drop rates and Wand of Glory drops have been fixed in this patch too, was not included in the notes. Thank you!
  2. Hi, this question is more for admins and Orange. I was going through old guides about rare item drop rate and noticed Hathor's and Medusa have the same drop rate of 0.01% from the boss Fighter in the Wind. Of course, Hathor's Ring can be dropped also from Tombstones and Mummies so one would have more opportunities to hunt it than Medusa but here's the thing. I've been hunting the boss many times now and I noticed that I'm dropping a lot more Hathor's Ring than Medusa, around 15:1 (maybe 20:1) in favor of Hathor. Is the Hathor's drop rate data from the guides unreliable which only apply to Tombstones and Mummies but is actually easier to drop from the boss? I have no problems with Medusa being more difficult to drop, it's a strong weapon so it should be. Just want to clarify this and manage my expectations with boss hunting. Thanks!
  3. Character name: FreeShipping Flower trinket choice: Hibiscus Fairy Wings choice: Purple Tiara choice: Small Rose
  4. What the hell is happening with the game's RnG lol. 60% success rate and I even reconnected to try and "reset" the rolls, I don't even know if that works. I swear, whenever I make molds/patterns lately and count my success vs overall trials, it's always below the theoretical success rate. I don't usually complain about it because luck is always involved in these things but this just made me snap xD I'm starting to think that unless the success rate is 100%, it would be lower than actual like how crit rate works. The two images are before and after reconnecting+changing map: I'm sorry for venting, just a bit frustrated, thanks!
  5. Hi Orange, I think there's something wrong with the egg's drop rate, Wand of Glory has 0.08% drop rate (not sure if that's before server rate but if not, with x50 server rate it would be around 4%) and I'm looting tons of them like full total of 3bags after 4 runs there until I get lvl gap (dunno why but stone golem always drop 2pcs of this wand). I tried killing about 400++ harpies (every kind) too but no luck. Assuming 1% drop for eggs even after server rate, I should be dropping one already. I know 1 drop per 100kills doesn't always apply but anyone who studied statistics and probability knows that the more trials/experiments you do, the closer you get to theoretical success rate. The more sets of 100 kills I do without success, the much closer I get to dropping one or more. I've even deleveled my entrapper and used +50% drop rate potion for this, still nothing. I'll continue to hunt to see if my luck would turn or I could just be wrong, maybe some players looted it too easy and the game just decided to put me in the unlucky side of probability. just letting you know, thanks ^^
  6. Man I just realized I said shift for suggestion 2 instead of ALT xD My bad guys, but maybe shift is okay too so we can settle with default 1 for quicker divide
  7. I'm talking about this specific feature my brother. See, when you drag an item while holding shift, you can divide it right? say you have 100 rubies and you want to split it to 99 and 1, you drag while holding shift, type 1 then press OK. My suggestion is for the amount to default to 1 so you don't have to press 1 in your keyboard every time you want to divide items. So if you want 20 slots with just 1 ruby, you just drag while holding shift everytime because the default amount is 1. But if you want like 20slots with 4 rubies, that's when you type 4 then press okay then repeat process, it's more of an improvement kind of suggestion
  8. Agree on most of this especially with vending booths if you're shopping but if you're vending, it's very easy to mess that up and accidentally close your own shop. Maybe we need ESC button to close DD matching window too
  9. That moment in great garden where you're panicking to click the monster while you die of bleeding and sometimes your pet is also blocking the freaking thing loool maybe pets in contrary should have smaller clickbox especially those that walk, I don't get this problem as often with flying pets. Pretty sure people don't click their own or other people's pets often anyways.
  10. Anybody know if the 1% is the drop rate after server rate is applied or is it the raw drop rate? thanks
  11. Hi everyone, Farming Rough Diamonds has been a hot topic lately because everyone's rushing to get that perfect 40 str or 60vit Holy Iron Chain Armor and I just want to share my experience farming it. I made a new dagger-type Entrapper and tried to loot as much RD in Great Garden while grinding some levels. I started at lvl 105 while my pet is lvl 50 and I farmed there for an hour while my 100% scroll is active, I used the free +50% drop rate potion from the lvl up gift set and used my lvl 4 Extortion (+45% drop rate) whenever available. 1-hour later, I am at lvl 111, my pet is now lvl 97 (I think I forgot to use evo capsule for few minutes before noticing it's already at lvl 80) and I farmed a whopping total of 15pcs of Rough Diamonds, I forgot to keep track of how many monsters I killed but based on my pet's level, I probably killed more than 1600 monsters, all of which has a chance to drop Rough Diamonds. 15pcs is just painfully low in my opinion given how much drop rate I had, and that 15pcs wouldn't turn exactly into 15pcs of Cracked Diamond (based on prior experience you get about 2-4 pcs of C.diamonds per 10pcs of Processed Diamonds). You could say I was a bit lvl gap by the end but to tell you the truth, I looted the least pieces when I am at lvl 105-106, could just be bad luck. At this rate, I don't think even being offered 100b for a clean 40str or 60vit H.armor justifies all the necessary work or cost to gather/buy the materials needed to craft one. And don't forget that in crafting, getting max stat is not guaranteed, you would end up with a lot of imperfect stat armors which most people don't even want to buy. It seems like RDs are not something one could just set out to farm, it's something you hope to loot while doing other things like boosting, grinding, farming other items. My assessment is, unless you're a tank or an accuracy type fighter, I'd advise against using H.armor especially if you just want an armor that's strong for leveling, if your build only revolves on damage and all you want is a 40str amor, it would be best to settle for a lvl115 crafted heavy armor with 40str (if you don't mind having it 25str rein max), it would be much cheaper to craft and will give you basically the same thing except you'll get less pdef, and less vit. Have you guys tried farming rough diamonds too? Did you have a different or same experience with me? Please reply on this thread, I want to know if your farming went well ^^. Thanks for reading! UPDATE: I did another run for 30 minutes under mostly the same conditions but now I'm at lvl 111-113 and closely monitored my kill count. It went much better than my first run, I looted 11pcs of rough diamonds in 1,570 kills (around 0.7% drop rate), I still don't think farming this is sustainable lol. I'll delevel once my character gets to lvl 115 and write few more updates in my future runs.
  12. Hi Orange, I was wondering if it's difficult to fix this bug, maybe it would be enough to implement a DD count refund if and only if one of the characters in some way exit the map (i.e., map transfer scroll, change channel, and disconnects) during the countdown timer before the monsters spawn so that we don't lose out on exp unnecessarily especially those who are lvl gap or got disconnect because of bad internet service. If we refund before any monster spawns in dd, I don't think it could or would be exploited, thanks
  13. Hi I just want to suggest some minor quality of life suggestions I thought of while playing the game: 1. Merge the NPC nostrum/potion (from Alice) into categories to lessen inventory space usage. I know this can be asking for too much because these potions are added to the game already with the intention to help everyone get started with leveling and make game easier. But I think it would be better if say for example, we can fuse the matk and patk potion into just one potion, pdef and mdef and others with similar effect into 1 potion also so we just have around 3-4 types potions (damage, defense, speed, sustainability) that does the same thing as the existing 8 because, who doesn't use all of them at the same time anyway. There are very very few niche applications where you need pdef but not mdef, or where you need only mp regen and not HP regen in both PVP and PVE situations. 2. Splitting stacked items (alt + drag into empty inventory slot). Make the item count you're splitting into new inventory slot default to 1 instead of 0, trust me it makes life so much easier for people that want to reserve inventory slots for looting specific items just by having 1 less key to press when doing this. And if you want to split the count to more than 1, just type any number to overwrite the default 1. 3. Buying 1pc from stacked item from vendors in NH. almost same as suggestion number 2, it already defaults to 1 but it would be better if typing any number overwrites the default 1 so if you want to buy 2pcs, you don't make the mistake of buying 12 because you thought the default is 0 like it is in crafting and splitting stacked items. I've made this mistake a few times too many now when I'm thinking about some other things and not focused when playing, sometimes there's just things going on in life that distracts you. 4. Make clickbox bigger for tiny monsters like salamader, hornet, mosquito, blackhorn hatchling, they're really difficult to click when my character is moving, not sure if I'm the only one with this issue. 5. Add Fairy's Shining Dew in Alice Shop, not sure why this isn't available too. Maybe because the abrasive is also needed for weapons not just heavy armor so it might be punishing for players to craft it from scratch while the thread one is for crafting lv 50 wings to help newbies. But light armor is probably the most used crafted armor in the game (Gardener having bad stats now compared to crafted) with both mages and rogues using it, so I think it's the right time to adopt this change also. 6. Make crafting Seabraced Cloth only cost 3pcs of Timeworn Cloth. I know it's been discussed in Discord already that Robes are set up so that cloth materials drops more frequently all throughout the game and having it cost more materials to craft is to even things out but here's my observations. Farming in NH when I'm not level gap gives me the same amount of Timeworn Cloth as Stonehide Scrap and Cobalt Ore so I don't know how the "cloths drop more" mechanic applies here. Now when I'm gap, the cloths do drop more but seriously, who farms when they're level gap and it's not like it drops 66% more than the others to justify costing 5pcs to craft. Another observation is in NH, all monsters drop all three materials while in Garden and Graveyard there are only one specific monster that drops each kind material so again, where is the "cloths drop more" mechanic. It just seems to me that crafting robes is unnecessarily punishing for something that people rarely use, In my opinion it should be the opposite. I recommend at least equalizing it to make it more fair, make it 3pcs requirement or keep 5pcs crafting but make success rate at 100% or increase Timeworn cloth drop count per monster. So that's all for now and I apologize for my tone on some of my arguments, I don't mean to offend anyone and I appreciate the game masters for always giving all eyes and ears to our suggestions ^^ EDIT: I corrected my typo on suggestion 2, it must be ALT + drag not SHIFT + drag
  14. Is this a bug? The range of Double Shot is 20m and with Long Shot lv5 passive on my character, that range extends to 22.2m. Now if I move away from the target much farther than 22.2m and click the skill, my character would run closer to the target then cast the skill. What I observe though is that my character wouldn't run to the distance where it has maximum range (22.2m) but would run slightly closer, I think it's the skill range of 20m. I tried this with basic attack and marked the longest range my character would hit bambooboo and if I move away from there and attack, my character would still run past the marked area then attack. Is it a bug or that's just how it should be? Thanks ^^
  15. You can try changing reinforce of your gloves to accuracy or get an extra one and rein it with accu, you can also ask a Rune Master to buff you for more accu, crit, crit damage, and phys attack
  16. It would also be really great if the winner could get the in-game item based on their winning design as prize if implemented. Just my two cents but hey, $160 PD budget is crazy good prize already. Will all the designs be consolidated here or on discord before the winning verdict?
  17. Hi everyone, I just want to suggest to make success rate of crafting muskets the same as crafting other 2h weapons. In the original game, muskets are difficult to get because they are supposed to be for advanced and really strong classes but with the bugs and the current state of the game. I don't think Sniper and Panzer is that advanced anymore. Most of what Snipers do, AR can do more or less the same with cheaper and easier to get equipment and for Panzer, AR still has it beat in terms of damage, in PVE Panzer might be better because of its nice HP and pdef but then again, evasion gives rogues more edge. While balancing the jobs is a different thing, I just think it's an unnecessary handicap for musket jobs to have their weapons more difficult to craft when their class ain't objectively that much better from everything else that falls into a similar role as Sniper and Panzer. Destruct/salvage feature for muskets will also be a really helpful addition. Thanks for reading ^^
  18. I'd say Cardinal, has good cast speed, immunity spells, stuns, and DoT spell that can kill almost everyone without VIT stat investment, you just need to stay alive until Holy Taker snuffs the life out of your opponent. Soul Arbiter is good too if you want to nuke people into oblivion
  19. I think Warrior>Swordsman>Rune Knight>Panzer would give you Rune Impact and more damage in terms of job passives tho I'm not entirely sure if it will have Heavy Armor Expertise passive tho. In terms of PvP where both players are locked in, it's easier to close in with Rune Impact so yeah, I think it could be good in PvP. In war maybe? it's still a ranged hitter despite having slow casting skill, so yea, maybe
  20. Yea I think this bug exists ever since the original server is made. I think another bug that is linked to this is elves changing face/eye color (for female elf, red eye color - male elf, blue eye color) tho I think Orange already fixed that one
  21. Hi Orange! I just noticed this earlier but when I'm hunting Dino at Sahel Zone, I never loot a 2h mace and then I noticed the Black Horn Elder dropping "Wood Lacedon", the 1h mace when it's supposed to only drop 2h weapons based on the Parasus Zone Guide. How come no one has reported this yet lol. Thanks
  22. Yea, I went there as soon as I got to boosting level. I tried sending a lvl 1 character in NH and force closing the client, didn't get deported. Weird, maybe it is related to DD bug or I haven't satisfied any of the bug conditions yet . I swear this happened to me a few times now. I'll look into it more
  23. Anyone else experience this? Whenever I make a new character and send it to Nera Harbor for the first time (I think this happens on maps beyond NH too) for boosting/leveling, it gets teleported back to Alker Harbor if I get disconnected of if I reconnect. Afterwards, I just send it back to NH and no more problems, it just happens in the first the time and will not recur again. It's not much of a big deal but it's kinda annoying having to escort a slow new character in a path full of pirates twice(I sometimes forget about this bug) because of this issue. Thanks admins
  24. Ya, I indicated in my post that I used midgame magic based weapons (i.e., mace and sword ) for comparison. Athena is the first magic/INT type mace in the game. Before that, all the int based weapons aside from staves are Point Sword, Bloody Howler, and Rule Breaker I think, so two swords and one dagger. It was only later in the game that was decided that mace will the main weapon for int Fighters thru the mace only skills of Crusader. I also forgot to add the Blue rarity event mace in the post (I forgot the name) with about 70+% ma/pa ratio
