Since you are most likely going fighter>guard-warrior>???>Gladiator>Swords master, you get better advantages going infantryman. Swordsman gets some of thee skills that swords master already has. Infantryman gives you that bubble shield, heals, Troopship, and i think more HP+ HP Recovery. It also gives you HAE earlier in game, and that may be the only time you get it. Swordsman gets Sonic Boom, Sleep, Swordstorm, Mana Storm and some accuracy. Swordsmen does not give you HAE so you would have to go entirely on light armor if you chose it.
