1Hand Weapon + 1Hand Weapon Work On Effect Of Both?

i have question, i have swordmaster with dual weapon skill passive. when i use cutlass + cutlass just have one effect not both like Steno + Steno too. is there bug of that? So i use Cutlass + Steno for get 2 effect from them. Is that right or not? please answer

Same effect can't stack. Like phantsmal. The effect in special columns.

If the effect not in a column. It will stack. Example 2 titan magnum blade = str 40

Unless it's hathor or gemini where there's a 2/2 effect where both equipment are involved, it's just going to take the effect of only one equipment.

yes you should use cutlass and steno unless u want to use crafted weapons in the future like DM's you can use 2 DM's
