I was want to say "jari kelingking" (Indonesian) but yes, you don't need extra line on that "Little Finger" XD the eye is good for me, but I don't know why you need to put something below on that Eyesomekind like make-up or tattoo perhaps? well I guess you need to make it colorful... or maybe Shading Techniques?
