DPS and high defense, Necromancer is best, because you get maxed DPS skills.
Also, Necromancer has the Devil's Armor buff which adds physical defense, it's not bugged; the stat increase just doesn't appear on your side.

Path: Wizard/Cleric->Monk->Bishop->Necromancer

Pros:
- complete DPS (Envenom, Venom Cloud, Burning Fire) including Divine Curse from Bishop (400+ dmg per sec)
- high defense from three buffs
- fast casting from Bishop
- great for GvG

Cons:
- no stuns at all, PvP is slightly difficult
- lower hp because of Monk

--------------------------------------------

A hybrid version of a DPS Necromancer is a Warlock->Cardinal

Path: Wizard/Cleric->Monk->Warlock->Cardinal

Pros:
- stuns
- DPS skills from Warlock
- addition of Holy Taker
- decent defense

Cons:
- DPS skills are not maxed, lower damage per second

Well, it's up to you to decide. Both jobs are human :) sorry for the long post

Better defense is a must, with all of these OP people nowadays

Personally I prefer Monk>Bishop>Necro because of the upgraded buffs from Bishop such as Wisdom, Shield, Bless Heart, etc. Bishop has level 3 Shrewd Spell which is good for those who want to land the first hit, and Bishop has that extra DPS I mentioned earlier.

The only benefits I see from Priest>Inq>Necro are the higher HP and p.def passives, and you'd have access to more bind skills from Inq. Both paths have their strengths and weaknesses, perhaps you could try making both to see which you prefer

Necromancer is probably the mage job ur looking for.

The only problem with this job is you need to be at a high level to be able  to maximize and complete all your skills.

I remember once that I used skill calc to simulate and I have reached 140++ to be able to learn all the skill I want.

If your game for this then go necromancer.

Another option would be Cardinal.

Has a smaller amount of skill pool and thus only needs a lower level cap.

I honestly think that max probable level for cardi is at 133 to max SoJ and HT or you could even stop at 130 to be able to join monthly pvp contest.

Though this path has a lower def and lower dps damage compared to necromancer.

how to make Soul Arbiter the great Mage ?

actually avian is right.

But really, even though I dont have much damage in pvp i still always win.

I can always lock opponents with soul arbiter.

The downside?

Low damage :v

If ita for a lv 110-115 is it good to use tank dps necro?

if you're going to have fix wars, yes, tho ur damage is not that strong, vc is not yet maxed.

But for pve, better get vital explosions and some int stuffs

umm if u mean Tank+DoT . yes its for pure vit necro. just focus on vit item.

its hard if u decide to make tank+dps (in my mind its with vital explosion etc) but its fun to play in PvE. you can 1hit that ghost in tombstone in critical damage.
