I did but it has been 1 day without reply now, Further more my friends have also the same problem which they dint get the reply for the donation code after donating through mobile. I am from Malaysia. Send them a message regarding your payments with those pictures and don't forget to add your phone number. Why them and not us? payment is a third party partner that has their own system including anti-fraud and other security measures, we do not have access to your payment account or info.
