ok since i cant see what im searching for at the Search forum bar..

•What is a PD sir? and what does it do?
•Can you put a Effect on a Costume? what are the items that you can put a BLUE effect on it?

PD is short for Private Donation. You can get a hint of what it means by the name itself.

Private donation, you can get weapons exclusive only through this way, such as Blade of the Sub [2h Sword], Hurricane's Eye [1h Axe] etc etc..

And you can add extra stats on each of your items.

 

Effect on costume? No. Blue effect? You mean the philo? You can try by buying philosopher's stones at Tasartia, stones according to the level of item you have.

yes sir blue effect the philo....... can u list all the kinds of items(ex. weapon) that i CAN ONLY put a philo on

You can apply philo effects on ALL Items EXCEPT the following:

 

Costumes, Eyeglasses, eyepatch, headgear [slime part]

Belts -> You can't because you have to apply Highly Concentrated material onto this item.

From other players you can get PD items, but only the weapons and costumes as far as I know. If you want the other stuff you'll have to PD yourself.
