Dual wield expertise

Blade taker have dual wield expertise, what is function of that skill? Why temper master dont have it? Its that different from dual wield mastery?

Blade Taker has 3 Passive Skills for Dual Wielding:

-Dual Wield Mastery (this is in game name skills, on Skill Calculator this skill known as Dual Wield Expertise, please dont be confused)

-Dual Wield Training

-Dual "Weapon" Mastery (in game name skills too, on Skill Calculator this skill known as Dual Wield Mastery, and yes this is what the skill he is asking for...) :)

 

so here I will answer it:

-Dual Weapon Mastery is Passive Skills that Increase your Attack Speed while you are Dual Wielding :)

and yes, Temper Master does not have Passives Dual Weapon Mastery, nor even Dual Wield Training too xD

Dual Wield Expertise allows you to wield two weapons at once. And yes ... TM have it as well, if they don't they wont be able to dual wield. Again, yes, Dual Wield Mastery increases Attack Speed when dual wielding IIRC.

dual wield expertise BT is better than TM

becase BT have dual mastery max level skill.

Im confuse now

My TM , have Dual Wield Mastery lvl 2 ( i see in skill tab 2 which one is passive skill tab ) then i clik learn skill, but its say on,dual,wield mastery ,its allow me to dual dagger then got penalty crit eva etc

Meanwhile they said Dual wield mastery its increase atk speed then we use dual dagger..

Dual WIELD Mastery is the skill that allows you to dual wield. Dual WEAPON Mastery (which is not available for TMs) on the other hand, increases your attack speed. The in-game skill names are incorrect AFAIK (, and in this case Dual Wield Mastery should be Dual Wield Expertise).
