Please update your video drivers and install the latest DirectX. !!
if you already have the latest video drivers, uninstall and reinstall them.
you also should try to change compatibility mode to win-XP sp 3 and "run is as admin" ...

but if i reinforce a Advanced Knife (AK) with HQ orichalcum, how much number between "()" will give me? i mean whats the max? 40?

Yes... HQ will get a better result than normal one.... but HQ will be use to reinforced for rare item =)
to get MAX value is depend on your luck... actually you're playing LOTTERY when your reinforced, Philo, etc....
that why this games is FUN... ^^.

Not dynamic but it static IP... if you are using dynamic.. once u reset then u will get new IP =)

double critical damage, cause of dual Advance Knife... hehehehehehe
oic... so i think it better using 2 AK compare to use 1 AK + Shield !
double critical is good for BT as i though ^.^

hehehehehe... even BT have another Dual passive skills... but alas... it's only Dual Weapon Mastery work for Dual Dagger which it's for raising Speed Attack while Dual Wielding, and Dual Wield Training it's only for Dual Swords not Dual Daggers... >w<
I think it's better to use Dual at lvl117, and use Dual Dagger as usual... and then don't learn Dual Wield Training (don't waste your SP) :)

Nice learn... as we know dual dagger have a penalty on eva, p.a & critical.... in exchange what kind of benefit we get if use dual dagger?
