+1 VIT = +30 hp, + 1 pdef.
+1 STR = +1-2 patk.
+1 dex = +0.2 eva, +1 crit, +0.3 strike
+1 INT= +1-2matk
+1 WIS= +1-2 mdef, +30MP.
That's all I know.

That's impossible. It depends on the item. IF you want a list for enchant points for EVERY item, good luck finding it.

1: Pure Dex is good or bad for a TH>BT?
2: Level 80 set is enough until G.set?
3: For a level 75 are these equips good?:
Armor: Fox's Moonlight Leather Armor +10 DEX.
Gloves: Coyote's Moonlight Leather Gloves +35 INT
Boots: Coyote's Moonlight Leather Boots +10 INT
Weapon: +7 Deadly Poisoned Wedge +8 STR, +12 DEX
