    What does cheatpremiumcl use them for, you ask?

    Seriously, it's getting ridiculous.

    IP ban all those spam hackers

    That's the thing about the cheaters/hackers, they don't have to install extra programs in most cases.

    The spammers are different again and almost impossible to track, they use the accounts they've stolen to spam and use either internet cafes or proxies to change their IP.

    Until new security measures are put in place, all we can do is run around playing clean up.

    If idiots didn't believe their scams it wouldn't even be a problem.

    Wipe Them Clean.

    The problem isn't the punishment, it's the cheaters themselves.

    They either don't care, don't think they'll get caught or just have fun breaking the rules.

    All wiping the items before permanent banning does is give cheaters 1 extra chance and GM's more things to keep track of.

    Ban KSer's without needing a Warning.

    Against Warnings:

    You guys realize you can fake a warning too right? Easily.

    If someone is desperate enough to frame another player, the warning system isn't going to stop them.

    For Warnings:

    Sometimes KS's are caused by the game itself.

    I know it's happened to me before, I play a mage-type with my graphics set to low.

    I don't see the other players until they fade into view and my attacks are ranged.

    Do you see the problem with that?

    Currently, to report someone for Kill Stealing, you need to prove you warned them to stop first.

    However, a few people have suggested that this is wrong because of the following reasons:

    - Spot Claiming (pretty much the opposite of KSing) doesn't need a warning

    - People are abusing the warning system to KS on purpose

    - Kill Stealing is in the rules, and as I have stated previously, the rules are your first and only warning.

    While usually I'd make a summary decision on the spot, I think this is an important enough change to need user input as well.

    So tell me, is the Warning system a fair and forgiving solution, or is it just another excuse for Rule Breakers to abuse?

    Maybe it's time you found another game.

    We already have plans for this.

    It's obvious that our punishment's aren't hard enough as players are still breaking rules constantly.

    We also have other methods of banning aside from IP bans that are harder to avoid.

    As this will affect cafe owners as well, we suggest they monitor their customers more carefully and help us enforce the rules.
